Rattling sound when driving and accelerating , does not while car is stationary

Hello, I'm concerned there could be some kind of engine noise under load. This would be highly unusual for this engine, but I obviously cannot speak to vehicle maintenance and the condition, level and grade of engine oil and the engine oil filter. The wrong grade of oil can cause engine noise. A faulty filter can cause issues. Strongly advise hands on inspection before driving further, as noise is an indication of wear.
