I'm in an Area where the Honda Service Departments are dishonest and are well known for cheating people. I would like help finding a honest service department. I have a few recalls on my car but don't want to waste time and money on dishonest people. Where can I go to get true honest help? Jim

Hello, if you have recalls, unfortunately the only option you have is to visit your local Honda dealership. You could do a web search for Honda dealerships around you in Birmingham - I see at least 5 choices around a wide area but of course cannot determine their proximity to you specifically. Additionally, recalls are not "optional" services and will be performed at no charge to resolve concerns from Honda -- there will not be any cost to you, so you cannot be cheated on anything.
