What is your question?
Battery replaced, now radio is locked out. Radio code that came with car as supplied be dealer turned out to be wrong as radio serial number on card did not match that on unit display itself when doing the "1" and "6" search to get serial # directly from radio unit. Now have actual code (from Honda website) but still getting code error every time I enter 5 digit radio code.

radio not working

Hello, I'd recommend dropping by your local dealership to have them resolve, or a local repair shop, armed with the information you have. With the word "CODE" on the screen, you start entering the 5 digit number. Each digit reacts with a letter of the word CODE until the last digit turns the radio on. If it says "ERROR", the battery must be disconnected and system reset to try again. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
