steering tilt on 2013 Honda crv is loose can it be tightened?

The mechanism clicked several times yesterday and now drops to the bottom most position. The telescopic function still locks but the tilt does not can I repair this or do I need a new part? I have the covers off, but am not clear as to what mechanism holds/locks the assembly in place vertically
