What is your question?
Came on on my way home from work today. Manual states it may be a transmission problem, but to check the transmission fluid. I checked it and added a little over 1/2 quart to bring it up to the full line. Test drove it and the light started flashing after driving 3/10's mile.
What makes this problem better or worse?
?? problem still present

Hello, when the shift indicator light is blinking, it is an indication of a transmission control system fault. This will require professional troubleshooting by a skilled technician with proper diagnostic equipment on hand and shop manual materials. Try to avoid driving further until you can get the diagnostic testing performed and resolve the concern, as other problems could develop by continuing to drive as-is.
