i have crv se 2011 4wd, it vibrate at 1700 rpm, tork converter replace no avail

vibration starts at 1600 rpm till 1800 but if i hit on gas vibration goes away when rpm jumps to over 2000rpm. it happens at 30, 40 50 mph speeds. Honda check it out and suggested it tork converter but after the fix vibration is still there.
