What is your question?
2009 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD 164,000 miles. I bought this a few months ago for my daughter. Had a garage run through it and they said it was nearly perfect, in great shape. No Crank: The starter relay in the cabin clicks when the key is turned but no clicking from the starter. I replaced the cabin relay anyway. I pulled the starter and tested it at O'Reilly's and it is good (turns out the starter is new so the previous owner just replaced it (same problem?)). I reinstalled the starter, no corrosion anywhere. The battery is fully charged. It was charged to begin with but I have it on a charger anyway. I checked the immobilizer, the green key on the dash flashes once they clear which is good. I tried both keys. I replaced the ignition switch thinking that is the last thing it could be, didn't fix the No Crank. I am at a loss. Help.
What makes this problem better or worse?
nothing
How long has your 2009 Honda CR-V had this problem?

Relay is and never was a problem. O'Reilly's is not a valid resource for "testing a starter motor". This is not a complicated system or vehicle. Battery - fully charged, able to sustain a load? Cables clean, connected, no corrosion? Keys properly programmed? Starter motor operates? Transmission shift lever showing "park" or "neutral" using diagnostic tool? You said the green key on the dash flashes -- it should never flash -- so that could be a clue. A lot of replaced parts here, without any testing -- Seems like testing is essential, and no one on the Internet can really test your car hands on. Thank you. Without any wiring diagrams, it is tough to do any live testing. The green key for the immobilizer flashing is supposed to be the sign that the key is recognized. If the key stays on, then the key is not recognized. I am towing it to a garage tomorrow. I can't even figure out when the shifter is locked. No fuses seem to be blown and I have tested all lights, brake lights, blinkers, etc and everything works.
No, if the green key light is flashing - it's no good. The light should prove out and go off. Flashing lights are never good. I think you have a key programming issue as a result.
The green key indicator light is supposed to flash green once, which it does so I don't think this is a key issue or the immobilizer. I was hoping to avoid taking this CR-V to the garage but I have made an appointment for today. I have ordered a Chilton's which would have helped but I will have it if I need it. There is little wiring information I can get online.
