Honda CR-V 2009: How to remove tire with locks?

Hello, unfortunately all I can suggest is that you contact a tow service to come out and change the tire for you, or have the vehicle towed to a repair shop for it to be done. Sounds like it's very tight, perhaps it was tightened too much and not torqued properly the last time it was installed by somebody.
