I failed inspection because monitor readings were not restored due to disconnecting battery for car repair. How can I possibly drive it fast enough and long enough in a city environment to restore the codes so I pass re-inspection?

Hello, a city environment isn't going to work. You'll need to drive it where you can find some open road for 10-15 minutes at a stretch.
