What is your question?
When driving, I hear a sound that I can best describe as similar to a CD skipping in a disc player. I don't hear it when braking, it sounds nothing like worn out brake pads (I am very familiar with this sound haha). I can hear it best when the windows are down, and it is audible at low speeds 15-30 mph. I can hear it with my foot on and off the gas pedal. It is relatively quiet metallic spinning sound. I am assuming there is some kind of resistance occurring when the wheels are rotating, though I have noticed no difference in how the car handles. The sound is increasingly frequent but is not constant. I have had an oil change in the last three months, tires were realigned when I took my snow tires off a couple months ago, and I am quite diligent keeping my tire pressure in the appropriate range. I did recently make a 200 mile move, so my car was heavily weighed down while driving at highway speeds which is more stress than I typically put on it. Thank you in advance!

Hello, thanks for the detailed information - which is helpful to provide a good suggestion as to how to move forward. I would suggest that the noise you are hearing which sounds like it is constant "rotational" is likely related to something in the brake system contacting incidentally. This could be a shim for anti-rattle clip, or even a rock lodged in a caliper bracket. A good physical inspection of the braking system is what I would suggest. I don't think there are any other extenuating issues present that need attention based on your concern. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
