I had a Honda CRV 2007 but I don't know when do I have to change/replace timing bell or timing chain ? Can some one give me the answer because I don't wnat go back to my dealer to be spend alot of money due to dealer's merchanic. thank you.

It has a timing chain. Believe or not there is a procedure to check the timing chain tension, but no mileage recommendation on when to do that. I'm sure that will change as these engines get miles on them. If I may strongly recommend, start using FULL SYNTHETIC OIL in this vehicle. The last thing you want is a oiling problem to start. You have a oil feed timing chain tensioner. With a full synthetic lubricant you will not have a sludging problem start. I have my own preferrence on what lubricant to use.
