where is the radio code in the manual

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. The radio code is not necessarily in your owners manual. It could be on a special card in the glove box or manual folio, or could be a 5 digit number on a sticker in there somewhere. But, if you can't find it -- you can inquire at this online web site: https://mygarage.honda.com/s/radio-nav-code?brand=Honda They'll need to verify some information but then you should be able to get it.
