when going uphill or engine surpases 3k RPM the VSA light comes on and throttles the car to below 3k rpm or the car will shudder and reduce speed making travel on highways and interstates basically non viable Have tried oil change and replacing the VTEC solenoid with no resolve.

Worse when travelling uphill or going highway speeds
