What is your question?
Check engine light, VSA, and the triangle hazard light are all on. And if I go past 3,000 RPM the car will start to stutter and want to stall. It’s also leaking oil on the front passenger side.
What makes this problem better or worse?
When I would change/ add oil the check engine light would turn off and it would even run smoother. But since I it’s started leaking oil it’s gotten worse.
How long has your 2006 Honda CR-V had this problem?
A few weeks

Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your CR-V. The check engine light, VSA light, and triangle hazard light coming on, along with stuttering after 3,000 RPM, could be related to a combination of engine and sensor issues, possibly connected to the oil leak. If the engine is low on oil or leaks significantly, it may affect performance and cause misfires or stalling, especially when under load. This can also lead to severe internal engine damage. The VSA system is likely detecting something off with engine performance and is trying to limit damage. Addressing the source of the oil leak and performing and getting a proper diagnosis is crucial.
