What is your question?
About two weeks ago, the driver door started alternating between opening and not opening. Seems to be very random - I’ll start and drive and it will operate fine, but by the time I pull up to my destination, it refuses to open from the inside or outside. I replaced the actuator and it has having the same problem still. The power locks are working fine, and all other doors are operating as normal. HELP!
What makes this problem better or worse?
N/a
How long has your 2005 Honda CR-V had this problem?

Hello, here's what you have in play for the driver's door: -door lock cylinder -door latch / actuator assembly -door lock switch -door handles -related wiring There's simply not much to it. Was an original Honda new part used for the latch / actuator replacement? Have you verified the door is not sagging due to hinge wear? Is the door lock cylinder damaged in any way, or does the key fit and turn and operate the lock normally?
1. Wasn’t a Honda part, was what I could get fastest from my O’Reilly’s 2. Can’t see or feel any sagging upon inspection, didn’t see any damage on any of the components behind the door panel 3. The lock itself is operating correctly - all locks will slide up and down with the key, the fob, and the lock/unlock switch inside car, the main problem lies with my driver door not opening and ocassionally not locking
