Hello, this appears to be a concern with the instrument cluster as a whole, instead of an individual component. It is too hard to know what the failure is without performing some hands on testing. If the wiring harness is disconnected from the instrument cluster, do the gauges reset? In any case, hands on testing is needed to determine the source of the concern.
