Gets stuck in 1st gear only on deceleration with out a complete stop

What is your question?

2005 Honda CR-V 80,000miles transmission shifts perfect but when slowing down if vehicle doesn't come to a complete stop it will get stuck in 1st gear if I shift to neutral and back to drive it shifts if I come to a complete stop it shifts perfect changed linear solenoids cleaned screens still the same thing and there are no codes for the trans.

What makes this problem better or worse?
