Check engine light keeps coming on after repairs have been done.

I had the whole engine rebuildt about 1 1/2 years ago, and have 3 year 100k mile warranty on engine. Am no where near that in either time nor milage. I had the spark plugs, coil connectors and valve cover gasket replaced by GoodYear TAS... I'm wondering if they should be looking at something other than the spark plugs, coil connectors, and valve cover. At first they said it was a loose wire, but I've carried it back 4 times now, and don't want to just have it run fine for a day and take it right back up there. They told me the starter is in good shape. Could this be something else, that isn't showing up when they plug the car up to check and see what is wrong? I had the fuel system flushed and I get the oil checked and changed as suggested each time, usually well ahead of milage marker..
