RPMS Drop when letting off gas

What is your question?

2003 Honda CRV LX (Ivtec 4 cylinder) When letting off gas to slow down the rpms drop down to 800 and then bounce back up to 1200. Cant really feel it so doesn't feel like transmission slipping. This is my first Honda and first car with a lock up torque convertor. Is this normal?

If your vehicle is operating normally, I wouldn't borrow troubles. It could be the transmission downshifting, or the disengagement of the torque converter, for example. If you start to have performance issues, then look into it. This vehicle is pretty bulletproof if maintained well.
