2002 Honda CRV Randomly Starts Weird, Its been to a mechanic 3 Times

I just got a 2002 CRV and it runs great, however sometimes randomly it will start weird. I replaced the starter, and have had it looked at 3 times and no one has found anything. Sometimes it will only stutter when it starts, but sometimes it will make a grinding sound and it feels like the car is shaking. Its always been able to start the first time, it just randomly will start weird and other times its fine. What could this be? Theres no check engine light on or any other problems besides it starting weirdly. Thanks!

What makes this problem better or worse?

Its random, Ive noticed weirdly in one parking spot it will start worse than other places.
