Not getting power to air conditioning. Replaced condenser but nothing is kicking on at all.

What is your question?

Took it in to a honda tech and he drained and recharged the coolant which didn't help. Had another mechanic look at it and he said there is no power to the compressor/system in general. He's not great with the electrical side, so he did not find the problem. I replaced the condenser but it did nothing.

What makes this problem better or worse?
