Hello, You start by checking for spark. You probably don't have a "frozen engine". Pull a spark plug wire out, lay the end by something metal, and have someone crank the engine. You should see a bright blue spark jump to the metal while the engine is cranking. If you don't you may have: A distributor problem A spark plug wire problem An ECU problem If you do have spark, you are either missing fuel pressure or compression.
