Feels like tire Fall off front left while grinding noise from brakes

Had my front left ball joint replaced now vehicle is wobbly and is grinding medal from brakes on left front side after I replaced my front left ball joint. As I was driving on main Rd my vehicle was making a rubbing loud grinding noise from front left side as I pressed on brakes vehicle shimmy side to side feeling like tire was going to fall off I pulled over then brakes locked up

What makes this problem better or worse?
