Why is my rear wheels bent and damaging the rear tyres

Take it to your local mechanic or tire shop and have them do a 4 wheel alignment, make sure they check and adjust caster, camber and toe. They should be able to tell you how far out the alignment may be and the adjustments they made in degrees from where it was to where it should be
