Hello, This could be one of several things: Seized brake caliper on right side of the car, bad ball joint(s), worn out bushings, bad tie rod ends, worn out power steering rack, etc.. You will need to have a comprehensive suspension inspection performed, and replace all worn or damaged suspension bushings and joints.
