What is your question?
Most recently i noticed my car has been throttling unusual, this minute it is below 700rpm the next minute it is above rpm and even when it appears to be throttling normally, you can see the rev needle moving slightly up and down and hear the engine like wise. What do you think my problem is please?

There are a few issues with your model and year vehicle. In most cases when the engine surges at idle it's due to a vacuum leak. This vacuum leak can be from an external leak (intake gasket, loose vacuum hose) or internal (stuck rotary valve). On this engine though there is another issue of tight valves. Improperly adjusted valves can cause the same symptoms.
