Was told it is a misfire on cylinder 2. Changed the spark plugs, looking at changing plug wires as well. Also told it may be the fuel injector being blocked or faulty. How hard is it to change/clean the fuel injectors?

First and foremost on a CRV misfire ADJUST the VALVES ASAP. I have seen so many guys try to fix the misfire and over look a basic concept, when the valves get tight, the engine misfires, I have even seen a CRV not even idle when it was cold, from this. I hope that the valves are not too far gone, because I have seen CRV engines burn valves when the valves are not adjusted at a regular intervals. So, do a compression test after the valve clearances are correct, to be sure.
