What is your question?
Just purchased a 2017 Honda Civic back in 2017. The car had ~9500 miles on it. It's not at ~15,000 miles and 60% oil life, however when I toggle to the wrench icon the B1 maintenance minder lights appear. I know "B" is not oil change. If I'm only at 60% why is it saying I need maintenance?

When you toggle to get that information, it is telling you what the "pending" services will be when oil life hits 15%. This can be a good way to be prepared for what's upcoming based on information available. B is kind of an intermediate service with an oil and filter change. Includes multiple inspections, including a brake inspection and parking brake adjustment if needed. 1 is your tire rotation. It's a really good idea to get a hold of an owners manual and maintenance guide -- you can get it from the Honda Owner's web site if you don't have a paper copy in the vehicle.
