Can the glass digitizer on the touch screen console be replaced?

2017 EX Hatchback. LCD screen is undamaged and perfectly intact, but glass covering is broken. Not asking if Honda will do it or if they’ll sell me the part. Just asking if it can be done in general. LCD screen is undamaged and perfectly intact, but glass covering is broken.
