Battery died

Hello, you're speaking of the audio unit. I didn't think the audio units in 2017 and newer required the "code" but perhaps they do. The code would have been recorded in your owners manual, "pre-delivery inspection" booklet prior to delivery. Check your guide in the glove box for that information.
