What is your question?
Intermittent problems starting the vehicle. Battery has been replaced and seems fine when trying to start (lights and radio all work when key is in "on" position) but if we jump the battery it starts.
How long has your 2015 Honda Civic had this problem?
off and on for a few months

Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. So sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Civic. Although you have replaced the battery, you may still have low starting voltage for a couple of different reasons. A weak or corroded connection at the battery terminals or ground points can cause intermittent starting problems. Another possibility is that you have a parasitic draw draining the battery while the car is turned off. I'd suggest checking these connections and components for any loose or corroded connections or wear. If you do not see anything visually, it may be a good idea to have a trusted repair shop perform diagnostic tests to find the root of the problem. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered. Give us a call at 877-913-1554, and we will happily help you out!
