the engine light comes on and then the car wont accelerate and loses speed

while i have been driving all the lights come on the tire pressure the steering wheel and the engine light starts to blink and the car like stops and then it wont accelerate anymore. It begins to lose speed. i turn off the car and when i turn on again it speeds again. but then it makes the same thing over and over again. i have replaced clutch, spark plugs, windshield, made oil change and air filter and new tires and still nothing is found whats making the car not accelerate.

What makes this problem better or worse?

when i changed to sixth gear it makes the engine not accelerate
