My car hesitates when accelerating

I have a Honda Civic 2014 LX that is hesitating when accelerating and pulling back after the acceleration pedals are released. how to know if the problem is coming from the fuel pump of the fuel injector without opening just with sensor data. I try to clean the fuel system with Chevron Techron Fuel Cleaner Additive - 12 oz and still having the same issues the OBD2 Scanner isn't showing codes.
