Electrical smell after driving for 15 minutes

In my 2014 Civic LX, I've recently noticed a strange smell when I get out of the vehicle after driving it for about 10-15 minutes. It's a burning electrical smell, like something is getting way hotter than it should. When I start the vehicle back up and turn on the heater, the smell blows through the vents for a few minutes, but goes away on its own. Upon opening the hood, it seems like the smell is strongest right around the vacuum hose and battery. It doesn't appear like any wires are being burnt from what I can see. I'm getting no error messages or check engine lights of any sort. Please help! I'll provide more information if needed.
