Why the car is having Issues starting

There's obviously a problem, but it will be important for a technician to get the problem to occur while testing the car, otherwise it would be guesswork to figure out what's going on. I would lean towards a wiring issue under the hood somewhere; check for battery cabling issues, corrosion, and so on. The dash lights flickering lead me to wiring resistance somewhere or even an alternator issue.
