What is your question?
Repair shop said pads were fine but calipers were scraping rotor causing the noise. Does this sound accurate? Also said I would still need to replace pads because old pads cant go on new calipers. Then said rotor might be warped so I may need to replace those too.

Hello, this does not sound accurate in any way. It is highly unusual for a brake caliper to be needed. Many repair shops will attempt to "upset" a brake caliper for a brake job for additional work. I cannot say for sure this is happening here, but the explanation passed along sounds very suspect. Brake rotors should be measured and then machined as long as they remain above minimum specifications. Brake pads should be replaced if they are less than 2 mm of depth to the wear indicator on the pad. Calipers should be inspected to ensure the pistons retract, the dust boots are in place, and the slides are lubricated and operative freely. Seek a second opinion if you are not having any luck with the current shop. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops/honda-repair-and-service-in-jonesboro-georgia
