Why in my car coughing and kinda stalling now after 120000 tune up

2012 Honda was fine, had a leaky oil unit resealed after last inspection and went for a tune up as im over 120000, was fine for a few days then starting feeling like it was choking or stalling up at stops, and when i backed up or accelerated at times. Took it back shop they found no codes coming up but after resetting computer stuff and deguming something and doing a chemical flush and some explanation took $109 and sent me on my way. On a road trip this week still feel the cough or shutter at about 50 mph, kinda goes away if i mash the gas pedal. What should I do

Hello, this sounds exceptionally unusual and I would highly inspect a professional inspection by a different repair shop -- even a Honda dealership service department -- to have your Civic evaluated and get a second opinion. It's hard to imagine that you would have problems develop after a "tune up" if you did not previously had problems; also this is not a common thing to have happen naturally to a Civic in my first hand experience.
It is impossible for me to speculate because you really need a hands on assessment.
