What is your question?
My car (2009 Honda Civic) just had its starter motor and power steering hose replaced. I picked it up and now when I accelerate, it's really loud. It's not a squeaking or grinding noise, just really loud. Is this normal after this kind of repair or should I be concerned?
What makes this problem better or worse?
It's always loud, no matter how hard/soft I push on the pedal.

Hello, it's too hard to know what "really loud" means without hearing it in person. As a result, I'd suggest you return to the point of repair service and ask them to evaluate the noise with you.
