What is your question?
About 3 months ago my 2009 Honda Civic LX ran into this issue. It started perfectly in the morning but in the afternoon after work it decided to give up. Only thing I heard was a click, all the electrical systems turn on: the radio, AC turns on, and also the all the lights. To which my inferences was that it could be a starter problem. So i went home and was about to buy a new starter to do the job myself, but I had to wait a couple days for it to get to me. After 5 days of waiting it arrived, so I went to the car and I thought to myself what if it started right now? So I cranked it and it started perfectly like nothing. So I kept the new starter and stored it. Recently a couple days ago I ran into the same issue again and after a couple days it started normal again. Should I replace the starter or is there something else I should look into? I was thinking of going to Autozone to see if I can borrow their OBD scanner to see if there's an electrical problem. Thank you in advance.
How long has your 2009 Honda Civic had this problem?
