Heater will stop blowing air after few minutes of driving.???

2008 Honda Civic.. when I start the car the heat will come through the vents but after a few minutes of driving all of a sudden there will be no volume or very little volume coming though the vents. The blower motor continues to run normal, just no to very little volume of air coming through the vents..
What makes this problem better or worse?
Does not matter..
How long has your 2008 Honda Civic had this problem?
Since I bought the car used. 6 months ago.
