2007 Honda Civic Hybrid 170K Mileage and Pickup Issues

2007 Honda Civic Hybrid 170K Regularly Serviced, Does not show power like before. It would go to 4k RPM to reach even 50-60. It used to give at least 40-45 MPG both in city and FWY, but it came down to 32-33. Can anybody guide me what went wrong with it?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Its worse when engine is cold
