Serious issue with my Honda Civic ex. So i replaced my fuel pump but the car doesn't want to turn over doesn't wanna start. Also i noticed the 100a fuse blew on me. Could it be that is why my car doesn't wanna start? Any help i would highly appreciate it

What makes this problem better or worse?

When the car isn't connected to jumper cables. But when it is connected it seems to wanna start but doesn't.
