No acceleration replace plugs and coils and air filter and oil pressure switch and the vertec and the entire exhaust system and still nothing

The P0523 code points to an issue with the oil pressure sensor circuit—often related to either a bad sensor (which you’ve replaced) or electrical wiring problems. Since this code can trigger limp mode, make sure the new sensor’s wiring and connectors are in good shape, and check for any corrosion or loose connections that might be causing a bad signal. Another thing to consider is the throttle body and throttle position sensor (TPS). If these aren’t functioning correctly, they can severely limit acceleration. Cleaning or replacing the throttle body might help. Lastly, unmetered air can mess with performance so check you MAF sensor and for holes in your air intake tube.
