What is your question?
At first I heard a high pitched grinding noise, but I thought it was the breaks. Still could be, not sure if its related. The all the sudden (I realize there is no "gear" to shift) it julted and wouldnt go into "2nd gear", wouldn't pick up speed. Turned the car off and back on, drove like normal for about 10 mins, then did it again. I took it to oreillys and did a scan. Threw out 4 codes P1899 - drive pulley pressure control valve stuck off, P0746 pressure control solinoid stuck off, P0780 shift malfunction & 61-1 voltage malfunction. The car only has 57k miles on it... Im so confused

Hello, this is a concern with the eCVT transaxle that works with the IMA (Integrated Motor Assist) system for your hybrid. You absolutely need a technician trained and skilled with Honda Civic Hybrid's with proper test equipment and know how to evaluate your vehicle. I will say that it would not be the worst idea to interface with your local Honda dealership. If you are the original owner of the vehicle and service it regularly with a Honda dealership, you may be eligible to get some goodwill assistance from Honda if there is the need for a major repair. Have you had your transmission serviced recently -- fluid changed? This could be indication of the wrong fluid being used also; just a quick thought as this is not a very common concern to hear of.
