What is your question?
I have a 05 civic dx 1.7 I took the the old timing belt off and put the new one on and replaced crank seal.. I put crank bolt on and used my ratchet to manually turn the motor to check the belt was on correctly and everything moves bout 6 inches then feels like something is stopping the movement so I then turned it clockwise and it got back to the original position and went bout 6 inches and stopped. What could b the problem be? I did not set the time before I did any of this and there was nothing wrong it besides oil leak from the crank seal.

Hello, I appreciate the "do it yourself" attitude, but if you don't have a workshop manual and you are not an experienced technician and you do not know the details of how to replace the timing belt, you can cause major catastrophic failure as a result. There is no way for me or anyone else to know what is going on without observing your vehicle firsthand. Seek some help from a local shop before ruining your engine. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me
