List price for a new battery is about $3,000. You may be able to find a re-conditioned battery for less. The labor to install the battery is $150 - $300. Sorry to say, not one of Honda's best products, the Civic Hybrid.

Purchase a hybrid battery grid charger. It will charge the cells individually until they all have the same voltage output. Its worth a try before you pay $3000-$4000 for a new hybrid battery. They cost about $500 new.
