Hello, It should come as no surprise that there may be water, oxidation, or clogs in the fuel system, and the fuel pressure regulator should be tested. Also, the fuel injectors have very small openings, and are meant to atomize fuel, so if there is any oxidation at all, you will have symptoms. Are there any trouble codes associated, was the tank emptied and refilled will good gasoline, and were the fuel injectors/fuel rail tested?
