My car's key-less entry lock horn confirmation was suddenly put into silent mode. When I press the lock button on my remote, the car will lock and flashes the turn signals three times. But when I press the lock again, the confirmation lock horn honk was gone as it was supposed to honk after pressing the remote lock button twice. Even the seat belt reminder was in silent when driving at certain speed, does not beep anymore, but beeps by the time I put the key on the ignition. How can I reactivate these features back to its factory default? Thank you very much in advance.

Hello, It thinks there is a door unlocked, the trunk is open, or the hood is open. Unlock and open everything, hood, trunk, doors. Close everything. Lock with remote x2 and see if it beeps. No beep? It may have a bad door lock actuator, the doors may not be locking, the hood latch switch or trunk lock actuator may be bad, so see a pro for diagnostics.
hi, thanks for the reply... everything is ok, the door is locking, i checked on the dome light and it seems ok. it's just the lock was like set to or in silent mode... locking it 2x don't give the confirmation horn beep anymore...
@brayot81 - what did you to get it out of silent mode? Am having similar issue with a 2010 Honda Civic EX-L. Thx.
