Pending codes for P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303 and P0304

Hey, I am getting pending codes for all 4 cylinders and a random cylinder misfire. This is the second time i got those codes pending but it’s never actually turned my check engine light on. Also the car never feels like it is running rough and doesn’t feel or even sound like it’s actually misfiring. I tried looking into it but every place is saying something different could be wrong and I don’t know where to start. What do you think the problem is and how should I go about fixing it?

Hello, an evaluation of obvious stuff is needed - spark plugs, ignition components, and an important piece - valve clearance inspection. A valve adjustment is needed regularly on these vehicles, and if not performed, a misfire can result.
Also base engine compression testing is needed. A base engine problem can cause multiple misfire codes.
