o2 sensor, heat sheild

The dealership is likely saying you need the components since the original equipment stuff is kind of one unit. I'm not too worried about a heat shield, but I am worried about the oxygen sensor. This is before the catalytic converter, and is probably why it needs replaced. I would recommend you get another opinion - perhaps from an independent mechanic.
